I found both the app and the website really easy to use. I was able to book my car service without getting lost in a bunch of extra steps, which makes a difference when you’re just trying to check one thing off your list. Everything loaded smoothly, the pricing was clear, and the whole process felt straightforward. No issues so far, and it’s nice when something practical just works the way it should.

I reached out to support and never heard anything back, which was frustrating and felt like a waste of time. The product itself seemed okay, so I don’t want to say the whole experience was terrible, but the lack of response really left a bad impression.

I used CarAdvise to find a shop and set up service, it was nice not having to call around to compare places. Being able to see a few options in one spot made the whole thing feel a lot easier at first.

That said, some of the pricing and appointment details were kind of unclear, which got annoying. I still ended up having to follow up with the shop to make sure everything was actually set, so it wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. Overall it’s a helpful service, but the communication definitely needs to be clearer.
